VIP Reward Packs Deleted with 7.28 Update
I ranked almost all factions to VIP since last Tuesday. I had several VIP reward packs with most factions, but could not open them over the past week (known bug). Today, I signed on and all those packs were gone. Please help.

Im am having this same issue. All my factions rep is back to level 30 after update
