Hello, sorry I posted this by mistake, but I figured it out. For the Night Stalker title in the Codex, one of the missions is called Going Dark and requires you to "Defeat hostiles with Darksight optics equipped on Dire Marsh (Night)".
Initially I had various Darksight scopes equipped on different guns and did not see any progression of this mission when killing hostiles. I thought it was a bug, but later found out that there is a second requirement to this in that the Darksight scope must *also be toggled on* when killing the hostiles for them to count.
So it's not a bug, but could use some QOL text tooltip addition to specify that the scope needs to be toggled on, because only saying "have the scope equipped" misled me to believe that I didn't have to turn it on while killing bots to progress this mission.

Do you mean the Night Stalker codex isn’t progressing or unlocking? or that it completed but awarded the wrong title?
