Inquiry Regarding Unofficial Teaming Rules in Marathon

Dear Bungie Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am a PC (Steam) player of Marathon and I would like to seek official clarification on a gameplay issue that frequently appears in public matches. In many solo queue lobbies, I have encountered players who form temporary alliances without using the official squad system. These opponents avoid attacking each other, coordinate movements, share loot, and jointly hunt down other solo players. This kind of unofficial collusion creates an unfair numerical advantage and severely undermines the gaming experience of solo players. I am writing to ask: Does this behavior known as unofficial/malicious teaming violate the Bungie User Agreement and Code of Conduct for Marathon? If such actions are against the rules, am I allowed to submit match recordings and screenshots as evidence to report these players?
