Tox plant spontaneously appears and damages runner

As you can see, the plant was clearly not there in the beginning, but after exploding on the player, it becomes unmistakably visible, especially toward the end of the video. Not sure if it was there the whole time and simply not rendered, or if it spawned spontaneously.

A similar issue can be seen in a streamer's video (00:46) in Perimeter, where the plant was somewhat hidden underground.
