Drop 7 codex entry not marked as completed

My team and I just did a run of Cryo around 10:30pm PST (all on Steam) and we got 7 runner eliminations across the team but no Drop 7 codex for us. Looking at the forums, I saw that others are reporting similar issues and the team was investigating but I don't recall any updates from those posts or recent patches. Is the team still looking into issues around this codex entry or did we just not complete it correctly? Attached is our run report.
