Lost gear due to a crash during exfil
Hi Support Team,
I am writing to report a very frustrating issue and request loot reimbursement.
Today, during a run in the Cryo-Archive, my game crashed just seconds before the timer ran out—literally a meter away from the extraction point. Because of this crash, I lost a massive amount of valuable loot, including gold-tier gear and AI Subroutine #4.
Losing all this hard-earned progress right at the extraction point due to a technical bug is extremely disappointing. I would really appreciate it if you could look into this and reimburse the lost items.
I have attached a screenshot and a video recording of the incident for verification.
