Can't claim any faction rewards since the update.
It just makes a weird bonk sound and all my factions show a high amount of rewards (2-9).
When I try to claim any it just makes a weird sound and nothing happens.

Thank you for reporting this and for including a screenshot. We have seen a rise in reports of issues impacting Faction rewards and are currently investigating the issue on our end. Your patience is appreciated while this is being looked into.
I'm having the same issue. Now any new ranks I unlock, I can't claim the rewards.
I also have the exact same issue. It looks like the update gave level up rewards for every level I had already achieved, but won't let me claim them or claim any NEW level up rewards (which is the worst.)
It seems only affecting ranks that have upgraded to VIP as per chatter on discord.
Yep I have this one too. I seem to have a rank reward for every vip level I have attained but I can't claim any of them. Not even the ones that a unlocked since this bug has appeared.

Funny thing...aldeady upgrade some, and can't claim the rewards...

Same issue on ps5. Can’t access rewards and any rank up rewards that I’ve earned since the update are also not accessible.

I'm having the same issue but its only with Sekiguchi. I can claim rewards for the other factions just fine.
