Unable to be revived..

After being downed and killed on Cryo Archive, my teammate attempts to revive me and after roughly 50% of the revive process, the process is cancelled and my teammate is unable to revive me due what I assume is a bug. Please watch the clip I recorded earlier (linked below) and share feedback please. I lost a lot of purple gear, most of which was probably looted by the team that killed me but being revived and exfiltrating is better than losing it all, as I'm sure you'll agree. Please provide the following details to add to your report:
- When this happened, did you appear disconnected to your teammate(s), or could they still see your body/bag and start a revive before it cancelled partway through?
- The approximate date and time of when this happened
- What you were doing right before this happened
- Where on Cryo Archive this happened

Hiya, thanks for your reply.

You should be able to answer some of your questions by watching the video.

1. I did not disconnect or experience any connection issues

2. 17th July between 7 and 11pm UTC

3. I was spectating, waiting to be revived right before this happened. I had been dead for about 8-10mins

4. Not sure, if you watch the video your team should be able to identify the exact location. I am still learning the map so I can't be certain.
