Sniper Scope Reticles Become Nearly Invisible With HDR Enabled
There is a serious visibility issue with sniper scope reticles when HDR is enabled.
The inner circles and other fine parts of the reticle can become extremely faint or almost completely invisible, especially in foggy weather or when aiming at certain bright, grey, or detailed background textures. This makes precise aiming unnecessarily difficult and can make some sniper scopes almost unusable.
Disabling HDR appears to make the reticle much easier to see, but players should not have to sacrifice HDR and the overall visual quality of the game just to use a sniper rifle properly. Changing the general reticle color also does not seem to affect the reticles inside sniper scopes.
Please investigate how sniper reticles are rendered with HDR enabled. They should maintain enough contrast and opacity to remain visible under all weather, lighting, and background conditions.
Possible solutions could include:
- Customizable sniper reticle color
- Adjustable reticle opacity or thickness
- A subtle outline around the reticle
- Automatic contrast adjustment depending on the background
Sniper scopes should remain clearly readable without requiring players to disable HDR.

When the background is a similar greyish color as the reticle, it becomes almost completely invisible. But it's still there because you can see it show up when the background becomes contrasting color, such as black.
