Bug Report: Bugged triage drone can ping teams from across the map

Description of issue: I saw a random floating triage drone in flight control and decided to ping it because I thought there was an enemy around a corner attached to it. However, it actually pinged an enemy in an entirely different building next to us. I took a screen recording, so if you want to see that please let me know and I'll find a way to upload it.
Date and time: 7/9/26, ~8:00 PM
Repro steps: n/a? although I know its possible on other maps because someone from the discord mentioned using it in cryo to get info on other teams.

It's also worth noting the drone only appeared when I aimed down sights. Here's a screenshot of what it looked like when I wasn't ADSing
