Null Tempest Bundle
I purchased the Null Tempest bundle on the Playstation Store and linked my playstation account to my bungie account. I play the game through steam which is also linked to my bungie account, however I have not received the Null Tempest bundle in game.

I don't have a playstation but I wanted the cosmetic so I redeemed it using my playstation account.
Ive tried restarting my game and I've waited roughly 45 minutes since redeeming the bundle and still nothing

In this guide, it states that the only requirement to obtain the bundle is claiming it while having an active Playstation Plus subscription, which I have and it is linked to this bungie account. It doesn't state anything about needing to launch the game through a Playstation in order to claim the skin.
