MISSING CRYO RECON SKIN

Hi Bungie! I just finished my first run through of Cryo, definitely landed shots on compiler and was so excited to see my new skin and didn't receive it. Is this a common bug going around? And is there any way I can receive it?! If you need proof I had clipped it and can attach those as well.

Please provide the following details to add to your report:
- Your Platform
- The approximate date and time of when this happened
- Did your crew start the Compiler encounter?
- Was this a fight involving multiple crews or just yours?
- Did you personally hit the Compiler’s exposed weak spot when it was exposed?
- Do you have video or screenshots showing those hits?
- Did you exfil successfully?
- Did your crew get the skin/Codex from the same run? If so, what are their Bungie IDs?
- Was the missing reward just the skin, or also Codex progress?
If you have a video or clip from the encounter, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
