Continued Mouse Delay since June 23rd, Game Unplayable
I'm on an RTX 3080 and an AMD 3800x with 32GB of RAM. Since June 23rd, the game is completely unplayable on mouse and keyboard, which is why I got a PC in the first place. The mouse lags so bad that it took me actual minutes to properly close the game when I went to test if it was still unplayable. On a controller, it works fine and it's buttery smooth. For some reason, my mouse is the input that lags, not the game itself. I have tried disabling all overlays, updating GPU drivers, reinstalling the game, turning down my mouse's polling rate, unplugging my controller, and more, all to no avail. There is no frame generation on, and DLSS is also off. No setting changes cause any difference in the game being completely unplayable. I love this game, but I can't play in this state. It's unfortunate to see such an enjoyable game gather dust on my PC because it's unplayable.

Can you let us know whether any of the following are installed or running on your PC while playing?
We’d also like to confirm whether you’re currently on Windows 24H2.
Please let us know if nay of those are installed, even if they were not actively in use during gameplay.
None of that software is installed, not running at the time I'm trying to play the game. Everything is the same as before the issue began. My Windows 11 version is 25H2, not 24H2. The video link I included had OBS running to record, but otherwise it isn't even open on my PC.
