I beat the compiler LAST SEASON and have waited a whole month for bungie support to get back to me about when they would rectify the cryo skin not awarded. I’m sick of the no response and so have uninstalled this joke of a company’s game. Avoid this company at all costs.

Patience I uninstalled it already
I also didnt get my cryo skin and dissapointed but i understand the delays especially do to lay offs. Atleast we get an update that its still investigated, il continue to play, its one my fav games recently.
They aren’t looking into it the response was an automated bot. They still haven’t addressed my issue or even contacted me. Their customers clearly don’t matter and after all PlayStation are doing right now I’m switching to Xbox.
They aren’t getting anymore money from me
