Solo/Duo/Trios Selection Not Sticking in Menu UI
Notice how the selection does not always change despite a new mode being selected. I think maybe because it has changed too soon? For example, if I change to trios, then too quickly back to solos, it will stay on trios despite solo being selected.

Thank you for the report.
We are aware of this issue and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
As a workaround for now, please double-check that your intended crew size is selected and that your Crew Fill setting is correct before every run, as those settings may not always stay set between matches.
Also, try to avoid launching immediately after closing the Vault or after quickly switching between maps or modes, since that can sometimes cause the selected queue to not apply correctly.
