Renaissance Runner codex

I have completed this challenge but when I go to Bungie’s marathon rewards I can’t pre order the cat because it says it’s incomplete how do I fix this?

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out.

The first thing to check is whether Renaissance Runner has been fully claimed in the Codex.

If it has already been claimed, please try the following:
- Fully close and relaunch Marathon.
- Sign out of Bungie.net/Bungie Store and sign back in.
- Make sure you are using the same Bungie account on the store that earned the challenge in Marathon.
- Give the reward a little time to sync, then check the rewards page again.
If it still shows as incomplete after those steps, please share a screenshot of the claimed Codex entry along with a screenshot of the Bungie Rewards page showing the item as incomplete.
