I need help with my account. 😭

I have two Xbox accounts. One I can no longer access because I lost the email, and it's linked to my Bungie account. I have a new one that I'd like to link, but it won't let me, or I don't have the option to do so. I wanted to know if there's a solution or a way to do something about it.
