Economic Espionage 2 Issue

For this contract, I am stuck on the step where I need to defeat 2 anamolous reverbs, but during the last runs I've done today (about 4 or 5 runs), I haven't seen a single one. Not sure if it's a bug or not, but I thought it was unusual that I haven't seen a single one.
