Is the Biotoxic Disinjector Shadow Index challenge glitched or impossible?

- Description of Issue - Biotoxic Disinjector Shadow Index challenge not unlocking after trying to kill 14 enemies with each mode AND then also 14 enemies separately with each mode (so 28 in total).
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 22:45 CEST
- Repro steps - Challenge completion trial
The challenge isn't worded clearly enough so I'm not sure whether I was supposed to kill 14 hostiles with each mode used or 14 with each mode separetely. I tried both and it wouldn't unlock. Given the fact that you currently cannot barter for the Biotox ammo this challenge feels borderline impossible, especially since you clearly have to attempt it multiple times. Given the rarity of both the ammo and the weapon it might be a good idea to remove the "in one run" requirement? Or buff it for PVE usage, cause the damage it does to UESC is not good in my opinion. But I am just brainstorming. Cheers.
I do not have a recording of the entire two games I attempted this in unfortunately. And a screenshot wouldn't be any help I assume.

We understand a Codex challenge for the Biotoxic Disinjector doesn't seem to be working as it should be. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact of such an issue. While we realize you do not have footage demonstrating this, if you experience it again and do record footage, then please consider uploading the footage to a site like Youtube and linking us to it here. We'll then investigate.
I will not be attempting the challenge again just to record a bug and possibly lose a valuable item and ammo that I cannot obtain any other way than beating the Compiler - that kind of endeavor would possible require multiple attempts and I'm sure you understand that is just not feasible.. Thank you for your understanding.
