Stuck Ai uplink roof

Platform - Xbox Series X
Description of Issue - got suck on the roof of Ai Uplink (day) and could not get out. I was close to a pillar and roof features.
Rough Date and Time of issue - June 18 12:10 PM EST
Repro steps - I tried everything to get unstuck but no amount of jumping, crouching or moving would work. The game ended up completing without me extracting and I lost all my gear and the key I was trying to use.
