Previously unlocked Contract Codex Entries are locked

- Description of Issue - Codex entries that I got for completing contracts in Season 1 can't be accessed in Season 2. I have had this problem with Traxus and Nucaloric. I completed all NuCal Contracts and some starting Traxus contracts and they can now be accessed as normal. See the attached screenshot below: Equitable Distribution [3/4], which I haven't completed in Season 2 as of time of this writing, is marked as completed but the codex entries are still locked (0/2).
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 6/10/2026
- Repro steps - 1. Open Codex; 2. Go to the Factions Page; 3. Select a Faction, then Contracts
