No C.A.R.R.I. commendations after exfil (solo).

Made sure I had space in vault and inventory but still no CARRI commendations upon successful extract after completing a mission.

Haven't seen what happens if I exfil with someone else as one us ends up killing the other first.

No CARRI reward tokens from what seems to be any solo, non-Rook exfil/mission completion. Rook works fine.

Happened many (every) time(s) (10+) during the last 12 hrs or so.

I could send you videos and/or screenshots of my screen being normal, not giving me rewards. But I hope you can just close your eyes and imagine it.

It's normal in every other way but no accommodation pop up occurs after the run and there is no reward.
