Issue with Sekiguchi and MIDA Early Bird VIP post-06/16/26 patch

Description of Issue - Sekiguchi and MIDA Early Bird VIP backgrounds are no longer available to turn in
Rough Date and Time of issue - 06/16/2026 6:00 PM CST
Repro steps - I did not redeem the Codex entries for Sekiguchi and MIDA for Early Bird VIP since I had VIP’d all factions in season 1 and wanted to wait for them all to be available to redeem at once. Now that the bug has been “fixed” as of the 06/16/2026 patch for the other four factions, I cannot redeem the entries for Sekiguchi or MIDA. They show as 1/1 for the requirements to complete, but the option to turn them in to get the background is no longer available.

We understand you're unable to turn in your early bird VIP codex challenges. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine how this may have caused concern. To rule out a temporary issue, you may wish to clear the console cache for your Xbox as outlined under the Xbox tab in the following guide.
If a cache clear doesn't address this, then please consider using your platform's share feature to capture a videoclip of what you're experiencing. If you record such a clip, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, and link us to it here. We'll then investigate.
Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, clearing my cache did not remedy the issue. Below are a few options for a link to Imgur that I hope work that show the issue for both the MIDA and Sekiguchi Early Bird VIP Codex entries. As the posts show, the requirements to unlock each entry show as 1/1 (I VIP’d all factions in Season 1), but there is no green highlight/option to turn in the Codex entry and receive the background. I have turned in the entries for the other four factions that were fixed as of yesterday’s patch. I have also included an image of the Spacebucks Codex entry/challenge for the Night Stalker title that has the same issue—it shows 15/15 UESC Certs have been spent, but I am not able to turn it in to complete the challenge.
