  Thank you for the report.
  
  This Codex objective is currently inconsistent.
  
  Can you try purchasing the Overrun AR from the CyberAcme Armory specifically? Purchases from Traxus may not count for A Humble Implement right now. After that, please check Codex > Career > Feats of Mastery > Orientation and see whether the challenge completes.

  Ive attached video doing exactly what was asked but have not received a response, so far all I've done is wasted 3 purchases doing this challenge.

  This matches an issue that can prevent the "A Humble Implement" Codex challenge from unlocking correctly even after purchasing the required Overrun AR. We are currently working on a fix.
