Move to Backpack invalid - Key

I have a key for Dire Marsh in my vault, but I am unable to move it to my inventory. Hovering over item its says "move to back - Invalid". Every other key seems to be fine. Looks like I can only sell it, or convert to cradle. Anyone know why this is?
