Season 2 Cryo Exfil Bug

I was exfiling from Cryo and my game got stuck on the spectator screen and I lost all of my gear in the process, the platform is Steam.

    To help us look into this, could you please share the following details:

    • The date and approximate time of the match
    • Whether this happened after triggering a regular Cryo exfil just before Final Exfil
    • About how much time was left on the match timer when you entered the exfil
    • Whether anyone was stepping in and out of the exfil ring, or was DBNO / revived
    • Whether you were solo or with teammates, and what happened to the other players
    • Were there any error codes or icons in the upper right of your screen during the run?
    • If you have it, the full video, including the lead-up to the black spectator screen and the post-match screen

  • - 2026/06/11 around 10 to 11 pm est

    - This was a normal exfil with like 2 mins left in the match

    - Nobody was stepping in or out

    - We all got the error message but only one person kept their gear

    - Error Code was anteater

    - Post match it just force quit

    Error code: ANTEATER typically occurs when you are having connection issues to Marathon. Please go through the troubleshooting steps in this guide if it occurs again.

    We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
