Unable to view or unlock pre-VIP upgrades for NuCal now that I am VIP

Per screenshot, I am unable to claim rewards on pre-VIP upgrades now that I am VIP. I have notifications I have upgrades to claim, but cannot select these upgrade squares to inspect and claim. Additionally, I am unable to view the details of the pre-VIP levels for those.

Same but for MIDA and Sekiguchi and I can't claim the capstone 5 on MIDA as well

I see the issue now I think, this is rather unintuitive: The last capstone unlocks access to the VIP upgrades. They're hidden until then.

Snowcrash is correct. Once I unlocked the last Capstone, they opened up.
