Shield Purchased, But Never Received

I purchased a purple shield for salvage in the NuCal armory this morning. The salvage was taken, but I never received the shield. It did not go to my vault, and it did not appear in my backpack. So I got charged for a purple shield that I never received.

Please provide the following details to add to your report:
- Your Platform
- The approximate date and time of when this happened
- Was your vault or backpack nearly full?
- Did you check the overflow? You can see find the icon for this on the bottom left of the vault screen when there are items there.
- Do you have a video or screenshots of the purchase?
If you do, you can upload the footage to a public hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

Platform: PlayStation 5 Pro
Time Event Occurred: 6/10 @ 1:30 EDT.
Vault / Backpack: not full
Overflow: not applicable - vault not full
Video: yes I saved the last 3 minutes when it happened. I should have everything in the video, but I do t know where and how to submit the video.

Please advise.
