Nucal VIP upgrades bugged, can't click on them

Thanks for reaching out.
In the screenshot that you sent in, you appear to be missing a Neurochem Pack. The node requires 4 and you appear to have 3. Please get another Neurochem Pack, and check to see if you can unlock the upgrade.
That's not the issue, the issue is the two upgrades I've circled. I can't even click on them to see what they might require
I have this exact same issue and I just made a post about it.
Ok, I've acquired more neurochem packs and now the upgrade you first referenced is bugged.
It seems as though the game is treating him as base level 1 instead of VIP level 1.
My mistake, it was because I'm lacking the previous upgrade in the tree. There is still the issue of the implant upgrades being locked though but maybe I need higher VIP rank?
