Early VIP Faction Unlock Bug

Good evening Bungie,

As the title suggests, I am running into an issue with obtaining the Early Bird VIP Codex unlock. I obtained VIP status for all 6 factions in Season 1; however, I was only able to claim the rewards of 2/6 factions (SekGen & MIDA). The remaining 4/6 factions (CyAc, NuCaloric, Traxus, & Arachne) are currently unobtainable.

Same issue on my end! With the same factions as well.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with this codex page for some of the factions you'd completed last season. We've received reports of this issue and are investigating the underlying issue further.

Hello, just want to also confirm that my S1 VIP status was not registered for the codex completion either.
