BUG/ISSUE with redeeming VIP faction rewards
- Bungie Account Name - uncleice#0939

- Description of Issue - "The Early Bird VIP" reward in the CODEX is bugged for several factions including: Arachne, CyberAcme, NuCaloric, and Traxus. The previous VIP rewards hav been redeemed, for example: "CYBERACME VIP" has been redeemed, however, "EARLY BIRD VIP" is not redeemable. Pictures will be included of all nonredeemable rank rewards.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - Since the beginning of Season 2 in Marathon.
- Repro steps - Photos are included.

We are aware of the Early Bird VIP codex missing some entries for certain factions and are currently investigating. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused in the meantime, and I appreciate your patience while this is being worked on!
