Anti Virus Pack not in Armory

Description of Issue -
I reached NuCaloric Rank 10 and unlocked the upgrade that is supposed to allow Anti-Virus Packs to be purchased from the Armory. After purchasing/unlocking the upgrade, there are no Anti-Virus Packs available anywhere in the Armory. They do not appear as purchasable items and are not even greyed out.
I spent a significant amount of time leveling NuCaloric specifically to unlock this feature, so it is very frustrating that the reward appears to be missing entirely.

Can you grab a short video showing that the NuCaloric perk is unlocked and that you cannot purchase the reward in the armory?
Please use your platform's capture button to take a video. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
This is happening to others as well. Acquire the perk and it doesn't show up in the armory for purchase.
I know it's not available in the Armory at all for everyone. I don't know why bungie wants me to take a video of it, can't they just see for themselves?

I am trying to purchase anti virus packs I have them unlocked in nucal but when I go to the armory they are not to be seen. I am ranked 16 with them and the upgrade slot box is highlighted pink. i am really not sure what the problem is.

I will pass along your report and video to the relevant channels to help us investigate this further.
As a side-note, this isn't even the fault of a bug with the upgrade (at least not completely). With other Armory upgrades, the item is still shown in the Armory prior to unlocking, but for the NuCal Anti-virus pack there's no entry for it at all in the Armory.
Hey Bungie, Ya'll think you can fix the anti-virus packs bug by chance.
