Raised Gamma/Black Level When Health Damaged

- Description of Issue - Raised gamma/black level when health damaged. Goes back to normal once fully healed.
- Repro steps - Caused by taking any health damage of any kind (I used fall damage in my recorded example). Will instantly raise black level of the game and make dark areas look really washed out, making black almost a pale greenish-gray. If you heal back to full it will reset back to normal instantly.
