apology kit not recieved
Hello!
Reaching out to see if it would be possible to receive the apology kits that were sent out, I attempted to log in during the start of the affected times and had logged in prior to the full server going down to claim the previous season rewards. Attached is a screenshot of my mailbox showing no kits were obtained. Username: GenericName#5774

Players who played during the affected times (June 2, 10:00 AM PT to 4:00 PM PT) were sent 7 Sponsored Kits, split into two messages. These may not have been sent all at once, but if they haven't arrived yet, please double-check that you played during the affected times above.
I literally throughout the first day since the update came out, and suffered through the dcs. I haven't gotten mine meanwhile my friends I was playing with all got theirs.

I can confirm that I had attempted to login during those times. I know for a fact that I had because I had just gotten off work at that time and was waiting on the server issues to resolve to play my first matches of the season. As I have stated in the original post I had gotten on to claim the S1 rewards and gotten off when login to the servers was cutoff, I had attempted login multiple times after that because of the Discord spam happening stating that "Server's online". I simply have no proof other than my word, but I hope that it will suffice.
