Kits in the mail
I played the whole time the servers were having issues and I haven't received the 7 kits that a lot of my friends have.

Hey there,
Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you didn't get the Sponsored Kits following recent compensation. Per this post from the Marathon Development Team, the kits have been sent to players who played during the affected times (June 2, 10:00 AM PT to 4:00 PM PT). If you didn't log in to the game during this time window, then you weren't eligible for the compensation.
If you did play in that time frame, please log out and restart your game for the Sponsored Kits to show up in your mail. If they are still missing, let me know here with a screenshot of your in-game mailbox showing that you didn't get the kits.

Same problem here, I already submitted too a bug
I did play during the the entire time from launch to when the servers went down. I have also logged out and restarted. Im not sure how to post a screenshot.
