Linked Bungie account to Twitch for drops and did not receive

Hello,

I tried linking my accounts to receive Twitch drops and upon doing so, something went wrong. First of all, I linked my Steam account to Bungie. Upon doing so, it changed my Marathon/Bungie account ID number (#4919 to #3118). This made me lose ALL of my Marathon friends.. Then I linked my twitch to the Bungie account as well, so that I can receive my rewards. When I logged into Marathon to check if I got the rewards, I noticed that I still have not received them.

If there is anything that can be done to get my twitch rewards, that would be super helpful. And if there is any way I can get my Marathon friends back, that would also be amazing as well.

Thanks for reaching out.

To help us review how your Steam and Twitch accounts are currently linked, please try the following:
- Sign in to Bungie.net using the Steam sign-in option specifically
- Check the Bungie name and code shown there and compare it to the one you expected to see in Marathon
- Go to your linked accounts and confirm that both Steam and Twitch appear on that same Bungie.net profile
- Check your Bungie.net Partner Rewards / reward history while signed into that account
- Launch Marathon through that same Steam account and compare the Bungie name/code shown in game
If possible, please send us screenshots of:
- your Bungie.net profile showing your Bungie name
- your linked accounts page
- your Partner Rewards / reward history page
- your Marathon in-game profile showing the current Bungie name

Hello,

I tried everything listed above and when I choose the Steam sign-in option, it signs me in but my account name is still Qcifer#3118 instead of the previous Qcifer#4919. This has cost me all of my Marathon connections. I even tried re-adding a friend and since the account is technically the same, it wont let them accept my friend request because it says they already have me added but it doesn't show them on my end.

I took screenshots of everything requested so hopefully this helps. Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide to help this situation.
