Sponsor kits not appearing in mail
Bungie promised sponsor kits to people who played when the servers were bad and I did not get any.

Hey there,
Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you didn't get the Sponsored Kits following recent compensation. Per this post from the Marathon Development Team, the kits have been sent to players who played during the affected times (June 2, 10:00 AM PT to 4:00 PM PT). If you didn't log in to the game during this time window, then you weren't eligible for the compensation.
If you did play in that time frame, please let me know here so we can further investigate.
I played the entire time. From reset until downtime.
