Unprofessionalism for Server Status Information
I don't understand the unprofessionalism in updating your player base when servers take a hit or something unexpected happens. 2nd time I've been hit with a unscheduled outage on this game within 2 weeks. Both times Bungies Server Status page that is referred to us does not get any updates and if they do its towards scheduled maintenance. Thats cool but if the game goes down, I shouldn't have to scavenge through discords chats when Bungie could simply put out a message saying
"Hey our servers are down, We are working to resolve the issue".
No updates period. I feel for the developers working their tail off for a game recieving so much hate because of the Destiny offline haters. Trying to push out a masterpiece of a game, but the support towards the game is below standards. This is probably why so many layoffs occured because too many incompetent people finally got fired sitting around not working.
