Missing VIP Codex Rewards for Factions

- Description of Issue - I am missing the completed codex entry, and associated rewards for acheiving VIP ranks with CyberAcme, Nucaloric, Traxus, and Arachne. I was well into VIP for all factions at the end of season 1.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - Season 2 reset, 6/2/26
- Repro steps - N/A. Missing items/rewards.
