Did not receive the Cryo Vandal Skin after killing compiler

I managed to join up with some fellow players and helped kill compiler. I actively did damage to the compiler, looted crates in the final room, and completed exfil from the final room. However, I did not receive the skin. I have posted a picture of the group of players I ran with.
