Missing Cryo Archive Skin

Description of Issue - After completing the compiler with two other parties, I did not receive the Cryo Archive skin. This is the second time it has happened. I did not report the last time as I did not have video of my run or complete screen. This time, I have video of the complete screen however no footage of the compiler fight:

Thank you for the report. We're seeing a rise in reports from players who haven't received the expected Codex rewards after defeating the Compiler, and we are currently investigating.
