Thief Visor Hack was permanent for the Run

I got hacked from a Thief Visor at the start of a game of cryo. The hack was permanent and refreshed it self unlimitely. I even tried panacea kits and OS Debugs (Multiple) nothing was able to deactivate the hack. The Thief i got the hack from was no where near me for the rest of the game. The Hack did not got away for the Rest of the game (20 minutes). We got it on Video as well.
