Purchase Glitch

I purchased LUX points and went to buy things from the store. I have a screen recording of the purchase going through and not receiving said purchase while my LUX points kept being spent on the same said item (a weapon charm). I tried 4 to 5 times at the time of the screen recording, I am now out of real money with no weapon charm. My email is jkrajenke1@hotmail.com if you'd like the screen recording.
