Voice chat doesn't work if you assign another crew leader and then queue up together

- Description of Issue - As title mentions
- Rough Date and Time of issue - Consistently happens, hence why i stopped doing it, I usually let another person be crew lead when I have to BRB
- Repro steps - Go into a game just after assigning someone else as crew lead, and in game voice chat stops working for the original crew lead.
