Exfil cryo with gold salvage and not appearing in inventory, vault, or overflow

Occurrence date: 5/1/26
Issue: I looted a vault ( vault 3 or 5) in cryo and received a gold cube for my efforts. When I exfilled it never showed in my vault, inventory, or overflow. Just disappeared.

Gold Cube, 95% change it was the "UNKNOWN REVERIES" Gold 12k Valuable, not the "SYNAPS CUBE" Gold Material,
