invisible/invulnerable bots

I have been killed three times in a row on outpost now to bugged out robots, please fucking fix this. its ridiculous. I shouldnt be losing anything due to bots not taking any damage or being bugged invisible and killing me. they arent even sucking me off when i die, they stand and there and shoot the shit out of me.
