Outpost glitch lost gear teammates couldn’t revive

Username blade_runner#9700 Platform:PS5 Map: Outpost Time: 4/18 7:25 PST CONTRACT: Run/Hide 3/6 Fell off pier. My bag didn’t materialize on the ground. Teammates unable to revive me because they couldn’t reach me. List a ton of gear. Appreciate if I could get it back.
