Cannot revive near ladder

My team won a fight on cryo archive after I died but I couldn’t be revived off of my bag next to a ladder regardless of the angle my team tried to use and because we didn’t have a triage to revive I lost all my stuff while my team was able to exfil, can I at the very minimum have my gear returned from this run
