Constant Broccoli Error Code Crashes

I have had constant Broccoli error codes when playing the game, on the main menu, and when going through other menus trying to sort out my vault or claim in-game achievements/contracts.

This happens generally at least once an hour, most recently I've had 3 broccoli error in one match over the course of 30 minutes

I would like to have some resolution on this issue as I have looked up how to 'fix' the issue and nothing seems to be working.
