Truth/Lies 2/6 bugged quest room with video

I know it’s been posted a couple times after we looked it up when it happened to us, but here’s a link to the last few minutes of our run where we were attempting to finish the Truth / Lies 2/6 quest for my friend. We followed the steps and proceeded up to pinwheel normally. Once we were in the drone wing we proceeded with the quest step. Then we successfully shot all of the white / red boxes and the shield doors momentarily shut off but then came right back on. We ran around and made extra sure we got all of them. Then my friend tried dying by chem grenade and bleeding out to see if that would reset anything. Nothing changed though and we were locked in the room until the time expired on the map. Only other notable piece of info was our 3rd friend ended up locked outside the shield doors when we activated the quest step, so not sure if all 3 party members needed to be in the room or maybe just the quest person solo?
Please let us know if anything can be done. Lost a gold gun, gold implant, and a bunch of purple stuff.
